Where do you ship your products?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing Time:
The average processing time is 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time:
US (United States) Shipping Time: 10-16 business days

How much does shipping cost?

-Free shipping for orders over $40 USD
-Otherwise, a fee of US$10 applies.

Note: The given shipping fee is a discounted price, and the actual shipping fee may apply during refunds.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email containing the relevant information. You can then track your order through ‘‘order tracing link’

My order status says "delivered" but I haven't received it.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

Customs duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you place an order less than $200 for per order to avoid any customs clearance and tax issue.
